A nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve all facial appointments. New clients must complete the skin consultation form before the appointment can be confirmed. To provide every client with the highest level of care and attention, appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 80% of the service fee. Appointments may be rescheduled up to two times. Additional reschedule requests may require a new booking and deposit. To ensure a timely and relaxing experience for all clients, a 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may require rescheduling and will be considered a late cancellation. All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. If confirmation is not received after multiple reminders, the appointment may be released and offered to a client on the waitlist.
